Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details is automatically sent.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or major promotions.

All shipments are trackable and delivered by reliable international logistics partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs inspections, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and total order weight.
In some regions, free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Multiple Shipments (Dropshipping Notice)
Smiling Maria works with verified international suppliers and fulfillment partners.
Depending on product availability, your order may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses.
Each package will have its own tracking number and confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email.
You can also track your package at any time through the courier’s tracking page or via the “Track Order” page on smilingmaria.com.
If tracking data does not appear immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update its system.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your package appears delayed or missing before delivery is completed, please notify us immediately at info@smilingmaria.com.
Upon notification, we will open a 72-hour carrier investigation.
If the parcel is confirmed lost before delivery is completed, we will reship the same item at no additional cost.
Smiling Maria is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes or natural events).
Cargo Returns & Damaged Packages
Please check your package upon delivery.
If it arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery or take photos before opening it and contact us immediately at info@smilingmaria.com.
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We do not accept returns for used, worn, or damaged items.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority.
These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
However, for customers within the European Union (EU), all orders up to €150 are covered under Smiling Maria’s IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) registration.
This means that VAT is collected and paid by us at checkout, so you will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
For orders above €150, or for deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may still apply and remain the customer’s responsibility.
